This traditional treat became common, and has been handed down generation to generation. We’re proud to honor this Maine treasure. Robin’s Needhams are handmade from real potatoes - we boil and mash every day - and are mixed with coconut, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and salt before we hand-dip each one in luscious, rich dark chocolate. You can't taste the potato - it simply creates the moist, creamy texture. Potatoes are abundant in Maine - hence the nickname “Maine’s Potato Candy”.
